I doubt they will be kicked out. They sit and drink in front of the building, bringing their ghetto mentality here.

we need to create internal CB within the building, be like a liason between residents and management, my old building had tenant be part of the board and they would keep the area cleans and vouher to management for changes in the building

That sounds like a good idea but with the way many of the tenants in here are behaving, I wonder if anything can really be done.

Thankfully I’ve never experienced any of the things I see being complained about. The building has been great so far. Never came accross anyone doing anything they shouldn’t be. What floor are you guys on?

me neither;

Ive seen some questionable people in the front smoking but I rather they do their stuff outside than in the apartment getting into someone elses apartment. People dont tend to follow instructions in he garbage area though, thats been my only pet peeve so far, they will dump glass and crdboard together or leave a bunch of boxes unflatten that ive taken upon me to flatten and keep the area neat.

apartment is quiet though and the front desk staff is cool.

They had a party in one of the balcony suites with dj equipment which i thought was gonna be loud but I could barely hear it

My floor used to be quiet and clean. Since my neighbor moved in it’s been loud music, partying, weed smoking, screaming, and the garbage area is a mess. They’re partying as I type. I have no clue what to do. They single-handedly ruined the floor.
