They just sent notifications about the electricity bills, so new tenants will be billed accordingly.

How’s everyone’s electricity bill looking? My bill is $73. I rarely turn the heat on since my apartment runs a bit warm. It’s 70 degrees in here today without the heat having been turned on. But I do work from home so it’s not bad.

I was approved for a 2 bedroom apartment at 50% ami but unfortunately had to reject the apartment today, due to personal reasons, good luck to whoever wins that apartment, it was beautiful!

I saw several no good guys come into the building to sell drugs to the tenants and tenants regularly smoke weed in the vestibule by Union street

Hopefully you hear something back today. They gave me a number to call and schedule to view the apartment but the number is out of service.
