It means that they will contact you once your log number is reached.

i thought once you get the document request, they already reached your log number, so this means i need to wait again?

I think they ask for documents in batches - like log numbers 1-10 first, then 11-20, etc. So if you're number 9, there are 8 people being processed in front of you, but no worries. People ahead of you may drop out of the process for missing documents, lack of interest, no money and rejecting the apartment after viewing it.

I check a box that i want to be contacted for future lotteries, it is completely random from my understanding. The log numbers are usually 50-150 for me.. a few in the 150-300’s but i feel like they don’t make it pass log very often; unless its not an apartment that many want.. like a small studio.

What’s the range of your log number? For mini lotteries, I think they go batches in 50 or 100 but I could be wrong. I was log 6x and a 5x took an ML that i applied for. They sent me a letter in my email saying no more units and log 5x took it.

They should go in batches as directed by the marketing handbook. What I don't understand is how mini lottery numbers work. Stormgal got a unit with #18* (see previous page). Assuming that logs are automatically assigned to everybody who (1) chooses to be included and (2) has self-reported income in brackets of a given lottery, how did 179 logs drop out?
