I heard these housing lotteries usually last 15 or 25 years before it goes to market rate right?
If so, lets say you move in an apartment where someone has lived there for 5 years and it is going to be market rate in 15 years, Do you the 15 years or the remaining 10?
I was getting multiple ML document requests a month up until May 2022...I haven't had one since.
Anyone else with this experience?

Yesterday, I went into HC, removed myself from re-rentals, saved my update, then went back in and added myself to re-rentals again, then saved my update.
Today, I received my first re-rental invite in 7 months... since May. Coincidence? Maybe.
Mini lotteries happen when a previously rented affordable unit becomes available. You don't apply for mini lotteries. You just need to indicate in HC that you are interested in re-rentals (mini lotteries).
Two more invitations today, for a total of 3 in the past week. Unfortunately, none of them work for us (for numerous reasons) but I am hopeful something workable will pop up.
After getting NOTHING for 7 months, then refreshing my status, I got THREE invitations in the past week.
Advice to all: Go into your Housing Connect, remove yourself from re-rentals, save the update, then go back in, add yourself to re-rentals and save your update again.
