Lol I got an email asking to submit docs last week.
CB with log #1xx. 8 Marcy looks nice but I heard back for eagle and west and moved in last month.
I'll be withdrawing but good luck!

Has anyone heard any updates or moved forward/signed TIC/docs sent to HPD? My docs are currently under review (they told me 3-5 week review time) but I know there are applicants in front of me so I'm just curious how fast they are moving/ how far along they are in this batch?

I submitted all of my documents through the HC website on 1/31. I just heard back from a specialist last night asking for additional documents, that included filling out the form that authorizes a background check as well as a credit check. Crossing my fingers that she submits them to HPD soon and I get a decision within the month, because my lease is up March 31st :/

My Log number is 5xx, CB.
