A month ago, I passed by Marcy 8 and it seem like one of the developers and I asked him "are they calling for these apartments yet" and he just gave a shrug, as if to say "I don't know nothing". Odd.
What’s the last update you got? Did you sign TIC already/ do you know if they submitted your application to HPD? Good luck!!
I signed TIC already! And my occupancy specialist emailed me last night saying she was working on my file and asked which unit I'd want since my first picks were already given to ppl with lower log numbers. She also said she'd be in touch when my application was submitted and a decision was made.
Walked by it last weekend. It looks great in person too, but it's definitely not open yet.
Kicking myself for having started applying to lotteries after this lottery closed. I would've had CB preference :'(
