My application also says pending and a snapshot was created as of this morning it just updated, my log is 34xx but I won’t get too excited unless it says “take action”
I'm surprised people with logs that high are already pending - do you all have CB preference? None of my lotteries have ever moved into the pending status and I always assumed it was because I needed to be under 1k to have a good chance

To my knowledge.. all applications are under "pending". It simply means you're on the list to potentially be contacted. Which is when they'll request the documents to send in
I was so excited when I received a low log number thought it was finally my time to get picked but it seems like by the time they reach me all the 1-br in lower ami will be gone cause I don't have CB

50% of units go to CB. It will depend on the makeup of the people with lower logs than you but there will definitely be units that go to the non-preference
