Sorry I lost access to this account because I forgot the password lol. I toured Thursday and the place exceeded my expectations…it’s still under construction but omg it’s beautiful. I qualified for both a studio and one bed. The studio was immediate move in and the one bed is TBD for move in. I need the latest move in possible due to personal circumstances. They all come with W&D (don’t quote me but that’s what I remember). All units have the same appliances as MR apartments. The amenities are tiered. There’s 3 different tiers with each being an additional $75 a month. The amenities are outstanding!
I signed the TIC last night and my application is being sent to HPD for approval. I didn’t tour my actual unit since it’s still under construction but they will reach out when it is ready.
I think W&D depends on your AMI. I am in 60% and my unit doesn't have W&D or a dishwasher, but there is laundry on every floor I'm pretty sure!
My housing connect now says review complete!! It changed yesterday at 4:30 or so. Now have to wait the weekend to hear, but I’m hoping that means I’m approved and not that they need more docs! Amy insight??
Hit on this lottery end of year and submitted required docs on HC site. Further docs requested end of last week and just set up a viewing of units for this coming Monday (2/5). Mid 6xxx log # and I CB preference I believe. I’m at 50% AMI so am hoping the 1br are still available but I will report back what I am shown next week.

Mine also says review is complete. I’m wondering if that means we will know if we are approved Monday! The suspense is killing me lol
