Did they confirm when you sent them the email on 1/9, having received the paper Brittany gave you?

I also viewed and sent the paper, but there is no answer yet.

Jan 9 AM: visited apartment
Jan 9 PM: sent follow-up emails to confirm I want to proceed (as directed by Britany and a paper she gave me) and haven't heard anything back (but again, my apartment isn't ready until Spring and since they are moving so fast, I imagine I am not the priority right now)

I'm in the same boat! I also toured the building and was assigned a unit on a piece of paper and sent an email to the project manager confirming I wanted to proceed. I also have not heard anything back and my apartment unit is also not ready until Spring. Eeeep trying not too get to anxious and just trust that everything will work out! Good luck!!!

I have a feeling if our apartments aren't ready until Spring, we probably won't hear from them for a bit. They are moving so fast it makes sense their focus is on the folks who are moving in NOW...I would think. Again, fingers crossed.

I’m in the same boat as you guys. Paperwork is with HPD. I wouldn’t stress it too much because there’s really not much you can do but be patient, it’s already moving very fast as it is. The building is beautiful, so I get the anxiousness, and am very excited and eager myself.

Oof. Was emailed today that the 1-bedroom I was told was mine has actually been given to a lower log number. Was asked if I wanted a studio instead. :0

So they gave you an option to choose a unit that isn’t ready yet ?

Apparently they are unavailable for anyone with my log number (in the 3000s) and up.

Yes, but then they took that option away today (two days later) and said they gave it to someone else. It's very confusing. Waiting to hear more tomorrow...
