I’m curious typically how high does an agency go in log numbers? Or is it all dependent on # of units? Does CB normally take all the units first?
Depends how long it takes to fill them! And yes, the number of units in the building of course. We got up to log # 12,000 at Grand Concourse (72 units) and it didn't have community board preference. That is the largest building I've worked on so far!
Seems like everyone that comes to view Tower 77 is accepting the apartment though. Will keep you updated!!
I dont imagine they would want to update after each and every unit is accounted for. Take it as a ballpark, out of the 230 half are CB (~115), ~12 for mobility ~4-5 for hearing/vision ~12 for municipal employee and the rest for GP ~80-86 units.
Dont stress yourself over each and every applicant before you. You'd drive yourself nuts
