Depends how long it takes to fill them! And yes, the number of units in the building of course. We got up to log # 12,000 at Grand Concourse (72 units) and it didn't have community board preference. That is the largest building I've worked on so far!

Seems like everyone that comes to view Tower 77 is accepting the apartment though. Will keep you updated!!

I believe 50 notices go out at a time but I'll have to ask my boss.

Do you still think you guys will reach the general population by April? Being that everyone so far is accepting the apartments for CB?

I dont imagine they would want to update after each and every unit is accounted for. Take it as a ballpark, out of the 230 half are CB (~115), ~12 for mobility ~4-5 for hearing/vision ~12 for municipal employee and the rest for GP ~80-86 units.

Dont stress yourself over each and every applicant before you. You'd drive yourself nuts

ahahah,

a lifelong pursuit to call a place home will do that to you. I remember being in the shoes of these posters and found solace on these forums and people were informative and kind and I am happy to pay it forward.
