This is not always true, CB and zip code boundaries are not the same. OP should check their CB here: https://www.nyc.gov/site/communitybo...ity-board.page

I do know op is in the CB but wanted to chime in and tell cb and zip codes don’t always align up. Sometimes they can but it’s not absolute

Definitely. OPs zipcode has addresses in bk CB 2 and 6. Some zip codes span more than 2 CBs, best to check for sure.

Thanks for this! Looks like I do have CB preference.

I plan to submit documents, I'll keep the thread updated.

Update: Received the document request email from Housing Line, the marketing agent for this lottery. Stated the same information as the Housing Connect email, I have until Wednesday, January 17 to upload documents on Housing Connect.

That is great, I weirdly thought 505 state street was being managed by MGNY but I guess not.

Looked up a little more and I think Housingline is an MGNY subsidiary.
