@sliceobri I don’t think so, I currently live in 11201 zip code, unsure if that gives me CB preference for this one…
Most likely you are confusing buildings.
Dont think this lottery has even even started with preferences let alone CB or not with a much higher log number.
thats crazy and also insane that the doc requests are going out from the housing connect website. You are in the CB preference. Do you have other preferences like Mobility/Hearing or Municipal employee ?
But there are other lower log numbers in the CB that are to be contacted. Not sure if this is a glitch or if you are pranking us but something seems very amiss
who is the marketing agent and what's their contact info shared for this lottery.
I hope it’s not a glitch! I’m definitely not trolling here haha. I have no other preferences. My Housing Connect portal has changed to “Action Needed”, it says my deadline to take action is 1/17/2024.

thats awesome, lucky for you.
what is your ami and unit size you can also add your info to the database so others can also know more about the process and timeline,
I’m 60% AMI but on the cusp, and with my latest annual raise I’m unsure if I’ve been bumped into the 100% since the lottery doesn’t list an 80%, we’ll see. Unit size is one bedroom, not interested in a studio.

Awesome
The 1 beds here do look quite nice and well lit. Having an overlapped Ami is even better as you get to qualify in multiple bands.
