Does anyone know how much rent is for a 2 BR apartment in Elechester? My husband works for time warner and is part of the union. We have not been getting clear answers, let alone been contacted since it's a waiting list again. Also, how do the apartments look? Are they newly renovated or still in a time warp (1950's)??

This message is for the Electchester Family or those who are trying to get in. I've been on the Waiting list for 5Years, even longer than that because I missed my calling. From What was communicated to me, after a sit down event or townhall meeting of applicants in Nov/Dec of 2013 a Two bed room was up to $1065 for the Largest apt with Equity around $9k. I forgot where it started at , but remembered it at around $975 or so. It's a long wait, but they should contact you when they reach your number on the list Guess its Mitchell Lama.com You must slect Electchester complex to be directed to proper area and your application#. that will give you your list #. I'm almost in. The people in the office , has been fair and patient towards me in my personal dealings with them , Especially MRS. Hachet, I hope I spelled your name correctly. Would like any more information from people who live in there as far as noise, crime, rules , etc. For those who are looking to move there, I suggest, visit the area at different times and days to get a feel for it. I have , and have no complaints thus far, I can't speak about inside the apts , or how is management or crime , but so far all is well

If you are in the IBEW union, does that put you ahead on the list for a co-op?

My semi friend lives in the Electchester project with his parents and is not employed. From what I know his parents got in around 40 years ago when he was born. The population of that project does not change.

The same thing happened to me and countless other local 3 brothers and sisters. Which is why there is a big class action lawsuit brewing. You have to be very careful about what you say about it even on this forum. The Erikson and company crime family will use many different methods to silence you up to and including violence. We just pray they are exploited and the truth is exposed.
