Wow! simply Wow!

The gall to complain about the $1,000 a month rental on a unit in a neighborhood that is low crime and one block from a precinct.
Would it be wiser to seek out a private rental in Queens for a mere $2500 a month.

Complaining about lack of maintenance or dirty stairwells is crazy?
Easy Fix. Start by pitching in and emptying receptacles or sweeping stairs
or calling on a fellow tenant in helping with an apartment fix.

The grass is not so hot ? The grounds are maintained. Oh I'm sorry. Would you have preferred Kentucky Blue Grass?
There is a shopping mall on premise. Maybe not a Macy's but nevertheless access to shopping. Access to bus service and
many other amenities. What more can you ask for?

A thousand bucks a month..............A thousand bucks a month.......................Are you kidding me?

Apply for it. Times are tough. You just may get lucky.

What class action suit? State factual, unbiased information.

I could not agree MORE. I live in Electchester and have lived in Electchester all of my life, as have my parents and my grandparents were original tenants of their buildings on both sides.

We pay literally $1,000 a month for a two bedroom with a GARAGE and all utilities included. As far as NYC goes Electchester is a paradise. Is your hallway dirty? Go out and sweep. Have some pride in where you live. My building is spotless. I know all of my neighbors. The grass is beautiful. I love living here.
