Household Size Income Limit
1 $75,156.25
2 $85,937.50
3 $96,640.63
4 $107,343.75
5 $115,937.50
6 $124,531.25
7 $133,125.00
8 $141,718.75
The limits listed above are 125% of area median income.

It's a high number but it's not to bad. My number is 1100ish. It's taken four years to get to number 750. Maybe it'll take much less for the 1bedroom list.

At least we are on a list. You have to be in it to win it.

I've calling the office and the line is busy. It's either not working or they don't want to talk to me :-(

I'm not sure what's going on! I even called the management office (Metro Management) and left a message. I'll call again tomorrow and if I get through I'll ask about the 1 bedroom list and the 2 bedroom and report back.

I did see the property today and it looks like all the fencing is up on the Columbia and Delancey street sides. It also looks like they have made some progress balconies.

Hi Guys,

I just spoke to the Manager of the Masaryk Towers. I actually called the maintenance office who transferred me. They have been having some phone issues during the last week and expect them to be working next week. So since I had him on the phone I asked him about the 1 bedroom he said that they should have a list completed in the next two weeks. Hope that helps the folks on the 1 bedroom waiting list!

I wanted a break down of all of the apartments in the property, I remember someone asking the question on this thread but he did not have the breakdown handy. But he did say that there are much more 2 bedrooms then the others. So for those of us on the 2 bedroom it's great!!!

If someone calls next week can you please ask them what the 2 bedroom list number is :-)

Thanks neighbors

Thanks for all the reconnaissance Wanting to Move! I was the one wondering about the mix of different size apartments. While I am not in a huge rush myself because I could use some time to build up more moving and fixing up $ , the info you (and others) have been passing along has been of great value.
