OK, I can accept that. I definitely think that Queens is a great borough, especially for the middle class. I complain as much about the spike in housing prices there pricing out the middle class, as I do in Harlem, because I see that happening there as well.

Anyone who does not recognize Queens as a viable option, has not visited or lived in Queens, period. JMO though.
