Interesting. I figured that there are some hipsters in ENY but not that many yet.

The visible gentrification seems to end at the Wilson Ave stop in Bushwick.

A few years ago a couple of us here (including I) agreed Jamaica will probably be the end of the line for the Push. North side Jamaica has higher density compared to south side. The J and the E are there too. Action Bronson (Vice TV) already revealed 'new' locations to the viewers (hipsters and others) such as Liberty Ave (South Richmond Hill), Jamaica Ave - Hillside Ave (Richmond Hill), Jamaica Ave (Jamaica), Fulton Street (Cypress Hills), and locations in Forest Hills and Kew Gardens (which on average are wealthier than the rest mentioned)
