Is getting into an accident on street driving grounds for termination? I mean it sucks, but isn't that the reason we are there? We've never driven collection trucks before and we go to learn. Accidents are bound to happen. As long as it wasn't from being drunk or blowing a reds etc, of the guy otherwise is a good student, would they actually fire someone for that?

Reversing the decision!? That would be great!! One of the women who work at HR said ( which im still prayering is true) is if they dont hire within 6 months then he will be able to take his medical over bc the medical isn't good after 6 months. Oh well its in God's hands. Thanks for writing again

Haha no he's not going to get fired. Last class some girl killed a Mercedes. Today he just tapped a fender. If anything we get in trouble cause....Why didn't we prevent it as instructors.

Accidents are not usually grounds for termination on probation. Possibly extension. People with 8 or 9 passed probation as long as it wasn't a crazy accident or people died.

The guy who went AWOL all 4 days this week...that was grounds for termination.

But on a lighter note...best guy in this new class got stuck in the ez pack on nomenclature. He couldn't find the handle to get out. Hilarious.

Somehow I don't really believe you're ecstatic lol.

Wish I could tell you that you won't have snow training next week...or next year...or the year after lol.

But I don't want to lie.

The only thing more useless than "snow training" is a mock snow storm.

Anyone on here familiar with obamacare? Is it going to affect employees hired after 2010?
