Interesting. Through all of the discussion on this incident, the above post is the first time I've anyone claim that slobbo was cooperating with the cops.
He wasn't fighting. He didn't even get a chance to turn around to give them his hands before killer cop jumped up and grabbed his neck. He was fighting when he was down, because he couldn't breathe. He was begging them to get off him, especially the killer cop who would not let his neck go.
