He wasn't fighting. He didn't even get a chance to turn around to give them his hands before killer cop jumped up and grabbed his neck. He was fighting when he was down, because he couldn't breathe. He was begging them to get off him, especially the killer cop who would not let his neck go.

"It ends today," that was his quote no? He pulled his hands away from being handcuffed two or three times by count. I didn't say anything about the strength of his resistence because it matters not. He certainly wasn't doing what you said, complying. And that is the first time I've seen or heard anyone say any such thing.

He was certainly correct on that!
If he didn't know how to take a collar, after 31 prior arrests, he certainly wasn't going to learn on #32. Now, his wife & his baby momma will be fighting over the lawsuit spoils.
