If any criminal charges come against the officers involved, their lawyers will have a field day with any NYC ME who makes such claims, and the defense will probably have Dr. DiMaio or Dr. Baden to blow holes in those opinions.
Ironically, Orta claimed to have asthma, when arrested, and was taken to the hospital.
The bigger question, to me, was whether Orta had that gun on him, when he was videoing the arrest of Garner. After all, it's not like Orta hasn't been arrested on weapons possession charges before. It's been asked elsewhere, whether Orta was muscle for Garner & his loosie racket.
This has absolutely nothing to do with what captured on video. Whether it was a homeless man, a serial killer, or store surveillance camera that captured the incident. The fact of the matter is the officer was seen to have applied an illegal chokehold on Garner. The video doesnt lie.

Ramsey Orta has 24 prior arrests at 22 and now this one makes 25. Not a nice guy. Or a smart one. There he is with a minor, selling drugs to her and going into a known drug and prostitution hotel with a gun, that Mr. Niceguy tried to pass off to the 17 yr old minor so she would get busted with it. Oh and he is married too. Disgusting.

Obviously he's being unfairly treated because he's a minority, the police is so mean

Well, this is the arrest that puts him away for a long time. He'll be an old man if and win he gets out.

Drug dealing, taking a minor into a prostitution and drug hotel, passing off gun to said money, on top of all his other offenses. If it turns out he had sex with her when she was 16 or she says he did (in order to save her own ass) he is going down faster than Monica went down on Bill!

Hmm, so you have a 400 pound career criminal not complying with police directions, and they look over and see his career criminal buddy, who in the last year was arrested for threatening a family with a firearm and robbing a man with a knife.... that would certainly make me a bit on edge as the police officer(s) involved in that situation.

FYI, Mr. Orta stated that Mr. Garner was breaking up a FIGHT and not selling illegal cigarettes when the cops approached him. Mr. Sharpton was going to use this as a civil case, but now he is found to be a CRIMINAL. Mr. Orta past history, and current arrest is very relevant to bringing any prosecution against the Officers involved. As he would be a character witness to Mr. Garners arrest.

It is obvious now that Mr. Orta LIED about Mr. Garner breaking up a fight and not selling illegal cigarettes. There was 4 boxes found on Mr. Garner when he was searched.

It wasn't a chokehold. It wasn't illegal. Interpretations are lies.

He was not choked, much less to death.

Any rational viewer of the video knows this. The mutts & race pimps are not rational.

The NYC medical examiner ruined this a homicide. Are you sure you aren't being as irrational as those you call race pimps?

It's quite clear Garner wasn't cooperating with the cops (This ends today) and it's quite clear Orta was a fellow crook. At the same time, Garner died because of the police action, and the city's examiner has confirmed it. Clearly the cops did not deliberately set out to kill Garner (things escalated when he resisted arrest), but KILL him they did.

On both sides of this people should be ashamed of themselves for spreading deliberate lies in order to push whatever agenda.
