Most of them are just over priced secretaries. Stay out and give them back half a route tonight 12 to 8.

I don't understand the question. CDL for DSNY candidates is over. The physicals are to give a possible list for hire next year.

Question for all of you current sanitation workers or for those of you who've recently received your call.

How long did it take for you to receive your score, go through the process, and get hired? Just curious, I turned 18 recently and this is going to be the first 'big' exam that i'll be taking next year. I'm a little anxious.

You can't be hired until you're 21 anyway so relax. Takes about 6 months to get a score. The rest depends on your score. The last list was a strange anomaly so don't go by that

the last test won't be a good gauge for the new one because of the hiring freeze and extensions.

Just a FYI regarding purchasing uniforms:

I went to Meyer's and from the instance I stepped in, I felt a chill. Place was empty and the staff weren't helpful except one lady. I asked her for a size S and she told me they don't have no more. So I had go to Mac's instead. Glad I went here instead, the Staff and I think owner was very helpful. Told me that there is no such thing as a size S. Helped me get fitted and they also give a free bag with a free hat. The price is also a bit cheaper compared to Meyer's online store (not sure if they are the same price as store front). So if anyone is still shopping, that is my experience..

I also didn't realize that Mac's was much closer then Meyer's from FBF.

For the love of god do NOT bring the free macs bag to nomenclature tomorrow or ever. I beg you
