I use the subway stops off of Bedford Park Blvd. The northern side of Mosholu Parkway is Norwood and the southern is Bedford Park. I think the Mosholu Parkway stop is on the northern side of Mosholu.

Well some Russian immigrants seem to think they're superior to the "other" immigrants, plus Trump seems to be pro-Putin.

I think it varies by Eastern European group, though. I'm not sure if people from Czech Republic are conservative on average, I would guess not.

It may be partially that they were isolated for so long? It's unfortunate.
