Bed Stuy and Bushwick were crappy too, now hardly anything there is less than 1 million dollars.
It's not about investment alone for me, it's about having a nice sized place to live, centrally located, that's not expensive for NYC standards.
If that s all that a home is being looked for then that's a great opportunity. Some people are good with a nice place in a bad area, I'm just thinking a place that size would most likely be for a family, so there's more to a nice sized place with family.
