Thank you very much for the input guys, it is greatly appreciated. I have been self employed for almost 10 years and business is getting tougher. That being said, i hope everyday that my score (93.75) and list# 1600's will make the cut. Good luck to all.
It should. I would be optimistic. You will not be among the first called off the OC , but neither was I. I would take a safe GUESS you could hear something in the next few months. Good luck.
Over the last two weeks, I've seen two classes of train operators in the towers where I've been working. One was definitely promotional. (I did hear a story about an OC class, but I can't verify it).
Just called the dcas automated line to check on the list and the message has changed. Now it says, "you are not currently on an outstanding certification" and "the list was established Sept. 13 2012. The list is tentatively set to terminate Sept. 16 2012." What could this possibly mean? I'm thinking its a bad thing.
100ton what list# are you?? If u r on outstanding certification that means the TA has ur info from Dias u r cose to getn a call..I heard they r lookn to hire 300 TO by the end of the spring but that's could be a rumor
"Not on an outstanding certification", meaning the mta don't have my info. The thing that worries me is the list being tentatively scheduled to terminate Sept 16 2012, which is today. I'm 316
Just called DCAS and the recording now says. This list is terminated and no positions will be filled from this list. I hope this is a computer glitch. It hasn't even been 4 years since we took the exam. Anyone else confirm the recording.
called dcas this morning ,spoke to someone there that said the list is expired, disappointed to say the least
,i thought my list #806 would be enough to get a call...bummer
