You had an encounter -- at midnight -- with a potentially shady stranger, and you allowed it to go on long enough to discuss the care home she wanted to open, multiple medical institutions and drug companies and their histories, her motorcycle accident and resulting impairment, and the job she wanted to offer you? And you're worried about whether or not you're rude? I think you weren't rude enough.
She then started talking to another driver, who, after chatting with her a few minutes, sped off quickly out of the station.
She seemed a little different but not much, but if she had had a head injury, it’s to be expected...plus she did know a number of medically related institutions and local drug companiesand their histories. I thought we were getting along well till I opted for pen and paper.
Jeez, how long was this fueling session? It seems like you were involved for a long time...that's a lot of stuff to cover.
You weren't rude. She has issues and wanted to steal your phone, of course manipulating you with the "why won't you open the door" thing.
A regular person would never say 'Why don't you want to open your door?' they would just give the number. It wouldn't even occur to me to wonder why you did that rather than put it in your phone. She wanted to steal from you.
Hmmm. Job in a home. Something physical. Had to have your source of contact for help. Very interested in your opening you car door. Midnight. Wonder if that home has locks so the working people can't get out.
Why do OPs never reply yet are looking at the thread?
Op you were about to be robbed.
