But Raleigh is a peer city to Charlotte right :|
You know what you're right. When it comes to job growth, employment, crime, and quite a few more things. Raleigh would never want to Charlott's peer.

I'm a neutral on this by the way.

Because I point out the things that are better here. I have said their transit is better. Or did you not see that.

You ignore everything posted and laugh it off as not facts. Its quite annoying as a bystander. Give credit where credit is due. The Charlotte posters have posted NUMEROUS times about development and you just laugh it off as not credible, while posting basically the exact same things yourself. I cant count how many times you say "if you include south end" but include a ton of stuff for Raleigh on places 2-3 miles from the core, when South End is about the same for Charlotte. You also several times flip flop between Raleigh and the triangle, whenever it fits the particular argument you are trying to make. Its just frustrating. Raleigh is a great city, so is Charlotte. Your laughs and dismissiveness.. and general smugness is overbearing.

Well the two most important recent projects are 3-4 stories. Citrix and Raleigh Union Station. It's not always about height. But a few will have some size. 4 towers 20 stories or better

Atowwn you are a trooper! you put a big fight for your city!

Anyways… I live in Winston and usually spend my weekends in Greensboro. Just recently, I've been going to Charlotte with some friends and I LOVE IT! It's no Chicago or LA but you can see a major difference in nightlife when compared to GSO/W-S. Im 20 so there is only so much i can do. I like keeping my self up to date with charlotte's development considering I have been wanting to transfer to UNC charlotte. Truly a remarkable growing city NC can be proud of.

BUT I turn 21 in two weeks. I have been to Raleigh for the NC State football games and those are really fun. I have never been to raleigh for other reasons though. My question, Atowwn.. Im going to the State fair on the 18th, as far as nightlife, any recommendations?? I am turning 21:P

First off. If you don't like any of my posts. Please feel free not to read them! Second for the last week or so we have been on DT development. So obviously I can't use the whole Triangle in such a comparison. I have mentioned other areas around DT. But have listed none when comparing the two areas. As far as facts. The DT Raleigh numbers listed by urbancharlotte. I figured out the disconnect. There are two DT maps. An official city map,and the DTRA map. The official map is smaller. So it's missing a few things. As for my attitude. Most of us get smart sometimes border line rude with each other. As I said before if you don't like it move on. Lastly we all go back and forth between city and metro. If not concord mills, NASCAR would never be mentioned. Or didyou miss that part? We are not serious. This is a game nothing more. If it bothers you that much. Maybe you need to find something else to do. Point blank!!

Who are you to criticize me. If you're a bystander be that. And preferably a silent one! Instead of jumping in with you 1 cents worth.
