So well said Opack. I totally agree with we ALL have to have a plan beyond the end of the benefit period.
This entire situation with waiting on the reinstatement of the EB's has really gone on far to long. I truly hope that something positive is going to soon happen.
We have found our families and friends have been our rock through this entire situation from day one. I am very thankful for that and for those that have no one I can only imagine the strife and troubles you are facing.
Something has to give soon! Just try to be patient a little longer and think positively. Odd at it seems, some of the people in politics do really care.
I just spoke to the claims supervisor in my local office ( concord ) and he told me, that their was absolutely no reason to file. According to him, if you file and get the message BENEFITS EXUHASTED, the system shows no record of you fileing that week anyways. He told me the process should be as simple as going in to the local office and get the benefits restarted when it gets pass. As for who gets retro,,,, no clue
The strange thing for me is it will let me file and at the end say accepted and being processed. Looking at my claim it says exhausted.
every word she says cost the tax payer money that what we hired her to do to read between the lines and protect us....... Where it counts is where the figure comes from..
