Is animal cruelty bigger in NEPA than average US?

In my view...animal cruelty/torture is the same violent/predatory act as rape/molassation and deserves the same punishment both from the law and from the high above almighty.

Their best estimate is that the one dog is an adult female and the other two are puppies.

What the hell is wrong with people around here? Animal cruelty stories occur on a weekly basis! NO creature deserves to feel this sort of pain. How would these redneck scumbags that commited these heinous acts like it if I skinned them alive and then mutilated their corpses?
That is horrible! I do not condone animal cruelty like this at all and the people involved should be punished!

I don't think it is more common here than anywhere else in the US. I think it's terrible when people hurt or neglect animals, but on the other hand, I hate the way "animal rights" activists look down on anyone who does not treat thier dog like it's a person. Like God forbid I don't let my dog sleep in my bed, or put him on a chain to go to the bathroom, I might end up in court.
