Regardless, we all have issues, we all have problems in our lives, we all have challenges - and we all have the same responsibility to our children.
I think of the story of Corrine Morgan - the single mom barely able to make ends meet who discovered that her 7 year old twin sons were autistic. The schools wanted nothing to do with them, wanted to put them in "special schools." She would not be swayed and she made sure her boys got the education they deserved in spite of incredible odds.

The fact remains that regardless of the school district you are in, YOU THE PARENT have the power to give your kids EVERYTHING they need and deserve. This woman overcame AMAZING challenges and INCREDIBLE odds.
