Yes thank you. This was not the link I had intended. The snippet and intended link did not show and when I had noticed it I was unable to edit the post.

Simple explanation: There was no double homicide in Bandon in 2010.

The City-Data "Bandon" page also says there are no known Sex Offenders. Also untrue.

But I doubt there is a city without them, so what is the point other than to say City-Data can't be depended upon?

My point is why is the city of Bandon and some others not willing to report this information to the FBI or Justice Department. I am sure Citi Data knows they can obtain the information from the FBI and so can anyone else who is interested and if it had been reported in the first place I bet Citi Data would obtain it and include it. The information would only benefit there site as reliable.
Here is a link to read the steps taken in obtaining and reporting the information.
FBI — Data Quality Guidelines

Data Quality Guidelines - Submitting UCR data to the FBI is a collective effort on the part of city, county, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies to present a nationwide view of crime.

...the data is entered into the national database. The FBI distributes the data presentations, special studies, and other publications compiled from the data to all who are interested in knowing about crime in the nation.
