J Edgar Hoover (Chief of the FBI) during the 60's was investigating everyone associated with the new wave of music, the hippies, and the draft dodgers at the time. He thought it was a conspiracy to take over the government. He felt all young people were lunatics too. But he ended up being the looney when he was caught on camera being a cross dresser.
