In the low 60s again in the NV desert today.
Today's Questions:

What’s your favorite sound to wake up to in the morning? Someone saying, "Here's your coffee".

What’s the last sound that woke you up and had you looking for something to throw? Alarm clock.

Are you a ‘morning person'? No.

If you’re not, do you or have you ever lived with one? Yes -- my ex-husband.

Do you like to fall asleep to
TV? x
Radio?
The sounds of nature?
Silence?

When you’re sleeping, do you prefer
Total darkness? x
Night lights?

When you have trouble falling asleep, is there anything special you do to help? I'll turn on the light and grab my book from the nightstand. Usually get sleepy after reading for about 15 minutes.

Just for Fun:

Use the ‘Word of the Day’ in a sentence. There is a poster on the C-D Retirement thread who talks nothing but nonsense! It's fun reading the put-downs until the moderator puts a stop to it!

Today is:
Drum, Dance & Pray for Peace Day
National Donut day
Guy Fawkes Day (Canada) and in the British Isles, Australia and New Zealand too! Loved Guy Fawkes Day when I was a kid!

Thanks JJ and happy Saturday everyone.

Happy Saturday everyone! I've had a busy busy day so I'm running a bit late for this...

What’s your favorite sound to wake up to in the morning? Little whispers of..."is Memaw up yet?"

What’s the last sound that woke you up and had you looking for something to throw? My cat this morning was a caterwallering because the dog ate her food.

Bonus Questions:
Are you a ‘morning person'? Yup..but don't hit me with stuff for about 10 minutes.

We're both morning people.

Do you like to fall asleep to
TV?
Radio?
The sounds of nature?
Silence?
The white noise from my fan

When you’re sleeping, do you prefer
Total darkness?
Night lights?

When you have trouble falling asleep, is there anything special you do to help? we were just talking about this today..it seems weird but I dream that I won the Lotto and list all the people we want to help and how we're going to help them. Spending on myself would just get me all excited and I'd never sleep. lol

Just for Fun:

Great job Joy...have a great evening everyone!

I am married to one (Approaching 40 years, now).

I get up. She sleeps in.

I used to hold my tongue in the center of my mouth so it didn't touch the top, bottom, or sides. Concentrating on that stopped all my other thoughts, and I'd fall asleep.
