Today's Question:
Who are your favorite rock and roll musicians or bands?

Lots of them from the 70s and 80s. The ones that come to mind are Chicago, the Eagles, Journey, Led Zeppelin, among many others too numerous to list.

No

Just for fun:

Did you ever fall asleep in school? Once in junior high, but only because I was sick and should not have gone to school that day. My teacher sent me to the nurse's office and my mom came and picked me up.

If so, did you get caught? That time (above), the room was dark because we were watching a film but I fell asleep. When it was over, I told my teacher and that's when I went to the nurse's office.

Have a great Thursday. The weekend is around the corner!

I guess I would have to say Neil Young and James Taylor.

Bonus Question:

Do you follow new stories about the British royal family: not really
Although when I was in London, I visited Kensington Palace where Princess Diana had lived & was touched to see that even after all this time, there were flowers at the gates left by everyday citizens who still love her.

Foodie Question:
Have you enjoyed any watermelon yet this season? not yet
Do you ever use watermelon in recipes or just eat it straight? watermelon is perfect just the way it is
Ever salt the watermelon? no

Just for fun:
Did you ever fall asleep in school? When I was a teacher I once had terrible allergies & took an anti-histamine and it made me so tired that I actually dozed off in a reading group. When the kids said, "Mrs. C, you fell asleep", I assured them that I hadn't, but I really had ..... No more Contacs for me !

CONGRATS TO NOMADICUS for having over 100-thousand rep points!!! What a man what a man what a mighty good man!!!

I guess I was asleep when the numbers turned. I was wondering what would happen when someone hit that magic number. I was kind of afraid that it might just reset. Wouldn't that be terrible?
