Never tried a manual: always used electric. But its still hard work, especially if you put on a 10% incline at 15-20 kmh.
But keep it up, Lisa. Some exercise is better than no exercise at all

I'm sure you can keep up with it and go at a good pace .... Don't think my 2 mile an hour would impress much ( yes I know I've set myself right up there!! LMAO )
