I am going to register what seems a dissenting opinion. I would certainly share my opinion of her choice and the unknown (or perhaps known) message that she is sending. Same with pants hanging down past underwear and other obnoxious, ugly stuff for boys. But it is her choice. If she wants to present as a ho', then I will tell her what she is likely to expect from that. But I am not going to tell her she *can't*. Protecting kids from the consequences of their actions is often a mistake. Dressing badly is not going to kill her.
Thanks for the wonderful refutation on the problems with my parental opinion. I can see very clearly now how protecting them from themselves such that they learn that Mom seeks to control them and that they have neither the intelligence nor the ability to make smart choices for themselves nor can they handle the simplest task such as getting themselves dressed.
Back to the whole "right" way to wear a pair of pants from the fashion police. Because wearing pants the "right" way is so much more important than learning to be responsible for themselves. I guess.

I only have an issue with the one point nothing else. Behavior and dress are 2 totally separate things whatsoever, and by using them together you contribute to the attitude of **** shaming.

What does "present as" mean to you? I did not see the photo as a mod took it down. It was presented as ... skimpy. Maybe I missed the whole point.

"present as a ho" meaning her dress is equated with her wanting to sleep around.
