I know what it is like to get up early and run myself into the ground throughout the day. I just enjoyed the past 6wks of not having to do any of it
I was just trying to be nice and was poking fun at my self in the process.
I am getting a taste of what it's like being up at 6am everyday, it's hard.
Thanks for your service as well.

And would yoga help with fibro? I really don't want to dope up on pain killers or muscle relaxers, they don't help much anymore anyways.
Getting enough sleep and not sleeping funny helps a lot but I really need to do something more to stretch, relax and strengthen my back muscles.

I'd recommend yoga to anyone. There are so many benefits and yes, there is evidence that yoga can provide pain relief for those suffering from fibro. Just make sure your instructor is not insane.

Tai Chi.

If you can't find a class you can get instructional DVDs that will teach you the moves. Target sells them. (You might also check your local library to see if you can get them for free.)

Personally, I wouldn't mix Tai Chi with any drugs (or alcohol) you may be taking for the fibro. Drugs change your breathing and one of the points of Tai Chi is to help your core breathing. You also won't be able learn the moves properly.
