There has been news articles, and even on a couple of episodes on Supernanny that parents are using hot sauce and dapping a small amount on their kid's tongue to get them to behave. As of late, its becoming a thing.
Adults work in the same ways...commit a crime and you will feel pain - mental anguish, restricted movement, confinement, crappy food, loss of contact with loved ones, etc.
Anyone who believes putting a little soap in a child's mouth is abusive or harmful and that children don't need some sort of discomfort when enforcing "right" over "wrong" needs serious parenting skills.
Has anyone heard kids' filthy mouths today?? Our society's filthy mouths?? Thank you liberal loons for that...
By the way, children may as well get used to some discomfort in life. There will be LOTS of it for them when they get older...
