Its about applying logical consequences in order to instill life lessons.

Its logical to remove a screaming child away from the rest of a group because no one wants to listen to it. Its not logical to smack that child in the face.
So are you physically removing the child against its will?

I think emotional discomfort is part and parcel of effective discipline. I am opposed to physical punishment, such as slapping or spanking, but the disappointment and embarrassment of being removed from a fun activity because of inappropriate behavior? Heck, yes!

Eddie is just a troll that is trying to support beating kids...he had no interest in effective discipline techniques unless he gets to hit others.

I agree with this because its a natural and logical consequence to bad behavior. Better you learn people don't like being around messy, loudmouthed, rude people when you are a child rather than as an adult.

Then clarify....because all I see from you are thinly vieled agreements trying to get people to agree that hitting kids is just fine.

If you're not a troll just looking to inflame others, then answer the question that you've been obviously avoiding.

How many children do you have?

What is your experience with children?

Why get physical? Why disturb the child's emotional state by removing them from where they want to be?
