The rain is going to keep overnight temps up, too.
Itll keep the temps up at night, but the temps down during the day, too. Not a big deal I suppose. Im just not a fan of the gloomy skies we'll see on the next 4-5 days. I know we need the rain, but I almost wish it was punctuated by bouts of sunshine.

My first year here I had more migraines than I had back home - all weather related. The weather changes here wreak havoc on me - I think almost the lack of humidity makes things worse for me. This whole week is going to be a mess. At least the temps this morning weren't too bad.

This is the first time I have had a migraine since moving here 2 years ago! When I lived in the Midwest it was a 2 to 3 times a year occurrence. I seem to be sensitive to pressure changes, and that happens more frequently there than here. I am a human barometer, I suppose, and greatly affected by the weather.

When I woke up with a stabbing pain behind my eye at midnight, I couldn't figure out what triggered it, then it dawned on me. The rain!

But yes, much better this AM as far as temps; even though it won't get super warm today, starting the day in the 50s instead of the 30s makes a big difference.

I like the overcast and the rain... It's a nice change! We could use the rain anyway.

While I'm enjoying the change I can see how this would be frustrating to snow birds.
