My god it's nasty out today, a dew point of 73 degrees. I'm trying to stay positive. I tell myself "20% is still dry", then bump it to 25, 30...60%, jeeze.

So I hope everybody's skin and nails are fully hydrated now, that your skin is "positively radiant". The only thing my skin is, is wet.

Haven't gotten much here in North Peoria. We have been skirted multiple times. We did have a few minutes of heavy rain on Friday on top of a major dust storm, and had a few close dry lightning strikes on Sunday. Hoping for better luck today!

Wow. A few of the streets just north of McDowell along 7th St were completely flooded. I hope it looks worse than it is.

My commute home was double the normal time.

Tonight into morning and that's pretty much it for the forecastable future... is this the end to our monsoon already?

I work downtown and trying to get out at 5 was insane. I can't remember the last time I've seen a storm like that I thought I was in a hurricane. Luckily I didn't ride the light rail today I drove East on Jefferson leaving downtown and it was a raging river you couldn't even see the sidewalk. When I got to 24th where Jefferson merges to Washington the water was so high cars were stuck. I didn't see one light rail car and the tracks were completely flooded.

83 at 6AM in Scottsdale, with a 73-degree dew point and 70% humidity, for a real-feel of 90 degrees. Hooray for our SUCKY summers!

"Dry heat" my arse. Dry in, what, June? Yeah, thats about it. July, Aug, and Sept are swampy garbage, and October isnt "heat".
