I'm not making light of this story, but I just google newsed Panera Bread and the first four articles to come up are like.

Panera Bread Shares the Warmth and donates coats to homeless.

Panera Bread Makes donation to Make A Wish Foundation

Panera Bread honors military vets with A Free Meal.

Panera Bread supports breast cancer research.

It does always end up leading back to the top one percent of our country, yup the money trail and using people, pitting people against one another, works well and that's why its done..so sad no one will ever see that, we are merely pawns people, but I am done here now anyhow, done talking bout it, time to go, I have things to do today, have a good day all, please try to see we are not each others enemy...if that is possible.

that's complete different they are models not sales associates. my girlfriend worked there for 2 years. She fits their image, which is young pretty prep style girls.

Well isn't it like a widely alleged they really don't like to hire minorities for "model" positions... granted I suppose it makes more sense for models to model clothing than models to model bread.... also when I was at the mall the models weren't even wearing shirts... you would think they would want the models to actually wear clothes they are trying to sell

Since then their catalog represents the people who purchase the clothing. For the past several years, the catalog and website includes preppy black young men and women as well.

Since Panera is a franchised restaurant, it really doesn't mean anything that they are a good corporate citizen so long as this Covelli guy is the actual owner of the local establishments (assuming the allegations are true, that is).
