I hear that the gun lobby is going to investigate as to why there were no guns fired.

I used to go to that mall all the time when I was younger. It's sad that we can't go more than a year at a time anymore without some stupid **** happening there.

Yeah, for the most part, it'd been good for a while. Not even a police station in there anymore, so I presume they felt it wasn't necessary anymore (unless it just closed due to cutbacks, I never heard). I figured it'd have more problems after the theatre opened, but it had been pretty smooth. I go there more often than I'd like to admit just to walk around (and also to get popcorn, not sure the two balance each other out). It's always problem free, and the mall had been doing better in terms of filling vacancies, etc. There isn't much at all that's empty there now.

How times have changed for that mall. It really was a wonderful place when I was younger. The clock, the ice rink and the wonderful decorations, train and more. That video is sort of funny, but sad as well. Maybe if you go early in the morning or before 2PM before the bad crowd gets there, it is still okay? Don't know.

Try the Pittsburgh Mills mall. No fights and very few shoppers.

Go to Century III. It's like a private shopping experience.

Times haven't really changed, since the mall is quite good the vast, vast majority of the time, even during prime times.

As I said on reddit, the mall should probably announce a ban on unaccompanied minors, at least temporarily or during any prime shopping times like this. Many other malls do, including far larger ones than Monroeville.

It is a different crowd there these days than way back when I used to go there. You know, when there was an iceskating rink that made that mall awesome. Is the cool clock still there? There was a clock on one side and I can't remember the other side? Was it a big fountain or..?

Anyway, I don't want to deal with all that crap anymore. Life it too short.
