His line will be the 2nd line. Also, there's never been any indication that Malkin has not wanted to do whatever is asked of him to win. I don't know if it's because he's Russian, but it's a false narrative that he's not willing. From everything I've seen, heard, and read he's one of the most committed, coach-able players on the team.

You could be right and I hope you are...as I can't imagine breaking the Kessel line up.

Granted only 1 game, but not a bad win considering the pens weren't on their A game (which I peg more to playing a bit more conservative due to their goalie situation). Rangers did not look good.

The Kessel - Bonino - Hagelin line put up a goose egg last night.

Time to break 'em up.

A game away from the Conference Final. This should be their toughest series and getting passed the Caps will make them a huge favorite to win the Cup.

I agree that the Caps would be the toughest series....The Islanders? Lightning? Please.

Dallas scares me, though...I can't believe the Blues are handling them...so yea, beat the Caps and you are probably in the finals, but then who knows against the western opponent.

This could be a huge years...dare we dream: Stanley Cup...then Super Bowl?

What an amazing series so far! Since to see them finally get an OT win again as well! That was their first playoff OT win since the Isles series in 2013.

I can definitely see a Cup.

Super Bowl? Never again under Tomlin unless he goes back to how he started here. His ego is wayyyyy too big to win the way he coaches now.

Total BS. The coaching is better now than it's ever been since he got here. The team has been rebuilt on the run, without a single losing season at that. If Toussaint doesn't fumble, we probably get number 7 last year.
