On both questions, there is a large divide between mainstream voters and the Political Class. While 74% of Mainstream voters favor repeal, 74% of the Political Class are opposed. Likewise, most Mainstream voters (71%) feel the health care law will hurt the country, but 68% of the Political Class believe the law will be beneficial.
No, the lifetime cap only came off for kids up to age 19. I can't copy/paste from this computer; look at the link.
From this link..not limited to kids. Your link was an article on child coverage.
Q: I've heard lifetime limits are being eliminated. What does that mean?
A: Millions of Americans have insurance that sets a cap on what their insurance will pay to cover their medical costs over a lifetime. The caps have left very sick patients with medical bills topping $1 million or $2 million high and dry. These lifetime limits will be eliminated for plans issued or renewed on or after Sept. 23.
Those who have maxed out because of the caps but remain eligible for coverage must be reinstated on the first day of the plan year that begins on or after Sept. 23.
Q: What about annual limits?
A: Plans issued or renewed on or after Sept. 23 can't have annual limits lower than $750,000. Annual limits will be eliminated entirely by 2014.

I see I got that lifetime limit thing wrong. I apologize. Here is what the NPR link says:
Also, there's no more limits on the amount your insurance company will pay out in a given year, or over a lifetime.
BUT: Annual limits will be phased out. First, they’ll be set to $750,000 for all employer plans and new individual plans, rising to $1.25 million after Sept. 23 of 2011 and then to $2 million the following September.
Many people who are 26 work at jobs that don't offer insurance. Allowing children to stay on insurance until they are 26 is a great idea and will give families more security.
And many people in their 30's and even beyond work at jobs that don't offer insurance.
Security for who? Are you talking about 26 year olds who are married and have children of their own? If someone doesn't have the financial means and security (however much one can get these days with an employer) to take care of a family, then one shouldn't start one.
I hope the Republicans, along with their Tea Party allies, stress the repeal of the entire current health care bill. Just that will adequately illustrate their real feelings about the vast majority of the American public clearly enough that they Republicans will actually lose seats in Congress.
According to the Republican purists Health Care, along with anything else, should only be available to the people that can afford it. If you have a cancer that will KILL you in a couple of years but do not have the wealth or insurance to pay for the $100,000 surgery you can just make out your will and die. Lacks of affordable health care does not only injure people it KILLS them.

"Mainstream voters", "Political Class", what a crock of Rasmussen horse manure!
Labling and Framing the Argument are the center pieces of the Republican disinformation campaign. The basis of their anti-health care arguments is that you white people will have to pay for the health care of the poor blacks, mexicans and all the other illegal immigrants and underemployed working people. The truth is we will have to tap the wealthy (mostly white) plutocrats to pay for providing care for everybody. No wonder these Republicans object to any reform.

Judgemental much? Raised a family much? This is not about marriage and starting a family, that's a deflection. As I understand the law, young adults can stay on their parents' insurance until age 26 unless they have other insurance available to them, eg from a job. Many young adults are in college or grad school.

So you don't mind paying for people who have chosen to engage in unhealthy and self-destructing lifestyles?
