How do I know? Jack in the Box etc, whichever provides benefits you need.
Why don't you check into the "benefits" these companies provide.
I recently gave anesthesia to a person having palliative surgery for stage 4, terminal cancer. This person's health insurance provided with the job would not pay enough to cover the chemotherapy needed for a very curable cancer.
In this economy many people can't afford transportation.
What do you expect someone to do without transportation?
Take a form of public transportation. Oh, I forgot, we don't have a workable infrastructure of public transportation as in Europe. I guess we will just become a 3rd world country. Why pay to improve the USA anyway?
Funny that McDonalds must provide health care insurance in Europe etc. , must pay much more in wages and still has huge record profit margins over there.
They do it because they can do it here. Not because they can't afford it. The U.S. allows them to exploit employees BIG TIME.
I hope you're just as angry with the federal and state governments since they don't offer benefits to their part timers either.

Yeah, yeah. The evil job providers. McDonalds has such a high employee turn around, nobody really makes McDonalds a career, it is a kids high school job, hence why they can't work full time.
Last time I stopped into McDonalds, everyone working there looked like senior citizens.
If all of us productive working people moved to Europe, who will pay for the Medicare of those disgruntled sapping retirees who watch Fox News all day?
If the story is true - and there is reason to believe now it is not, then I say, "Good for McDonalds".
