They are really crackin' down where I live because there are so many no-shows.

I think they are gettin' nailed for contempt, here.

The best way to get kicked out and never be called back, is to announce before the judge and prosecutor that you are a "fully informed juror" and that you understand that as a juror, you have the power to judge both the law and the facts of the case.

I'm 100% independent...
I vote for who I feel will be the best in the LONG run... and basically

I'ts my body.... back off... you want to support me in my quality of life - then you can tell me what to do with it..
It's my money... i work HARD for what I have... i don't feel like I should support those that are to freaking lazy to get off their duffs and pick up a shovel... I DO help those that help themselves...
It's my house... what I do in my house is my business as long as noone is getting hurt.. I don't need you telling me what shows/games you THINK are bad/good for me.
Education doesn't need more money.. education needs more people that UNDERSTAND the basics... reading, writing and arithmetic.. Administrators and superintendents don't need to make an exorbant salary (one public school district.... superintendent makes $500k a year.
Taxes are overdone... really.... you think that the governers secretary deserves a 30k bonus as the state is in serious debt and they want to raise your taxes... really... thats ok with you... its not with me. Taxes are for the defense, roads, police, fire, etc... not some vacation for some governor and deffinetly not for some first lady and her entourages vacation to europe.
Let business work it out.... free enterprise...
My religion is noones business.
If I want to own a firearm... i have the right to... The police can't be here in less then 5 minutes... hiking in the back woods... i gaurantee in both situations a pistol comes in handy.

..

What party and why?

Libertarian, because I pay my annual dues and have a card with my name on it to prove it.

I hate it when judges and prosecutors nullify juries.
