Probably! On the other side of me is Government Land and it is common to come in for couple weeks cook Meth.
Couple months ago they found a Guy Shot in a Vehicle and it was burnt.Who ever did it wasn't found. But right around this time had a Guy breaking into Houses and taking Food.He was doing crazy things including assault.Nobody knew who he was and everyone knew when he left the area.
One night had a person come to my place,he was drunk.Said he was leaving the area and offered his pile of Firewood.I told him I would take it but I would get it myself. He goes down my drive instead of turning right towards his place he turns left towards a neighbors two hollers over.Broke in stole a bunch of stuff.
Could name a bunch other stuff that has happen in last 18 years.

I think there may be more people than you know of that have a plant or two and I guess that is my point. People keep to themselves here so if my neighbor were doing this I don't think I would know it. Who hasn't at some point walked outside into their yard and the aroma is in the air? Do you call the police and ask them to find out where its coming from? I don't. Iv' never tried it and don't want to, but I would have to feel the activity at a certain house was a threat to me and my family before I would call the cops.
Nothing, I would not care and would probably stop over.
Exception is, if shady characters start appearing to close to my doors, too many vehicles back & forth at night waking me up, too much noise etc.
then....If it came to that and I called the police, no doubt the pot growner would indeed think it was me or the other neighbor, which they no doubt would do me some harm from ruining their business, I doubt these growers are stoned all day, if so they are not businessmen. (If you want to call it that)
So.... I think I would need to think and settle the matter my own way by destroying the crop.

Reason: edit
She was and when the cops came, I don't know how they knew it was growing there and I did not notice, she pushed it all over on my side and blamed me, so did the cops-I talked my way out of it, but now I will turn a neighbor in for anything and not wait.
If it was outdoor in their yard, I would kindly ask them to not grow strains of cannabis that smell like a skunk . Their is a medical grower in my neighborhood and the neighbor to the grower says his back yard smells like a stinking skunk because of it.
If your neighbor was growing marijuana, what would you do? I'm sure it'd depend on the amount, the reason, their demeanor, various other factors, but what would you do?
Debate your rationing please. If you make a scientific statement, please provide a source of your knowledge.
Thanks
Call the cops often about all the loud noises and really funny smells from next door that flood your home.
You tell them you hope it isn't a meth lab. (maybe)
