First of all, that number is about 1/2 of the entire population of the state of Florida. Secondly, 0bamaCare is not even fully operational yet. And thirdly, the republicans have already stated, numerous of times, that their plan would include coverage for "pre-existing conditions".
Lastly, the republicans plan on repealing 0bamaCare, and replacing it with sensible legislation.
You should really do a tiny bit of homework before allowing yourself to be mislead by partisan hacks like those you quoted.

As if.....the only answer is 0bamaCare, and before it was signed into law in 2010, all those 7.8 million Floridians had nocoverage what so ever.
The left are like children that are caught with chocolate frosting and cake crumbs all over their face, hands and shirt, and then expecting no one will suspect they were sneaking chocolate cake from the frig.
