Yes, I'm happy to say I enjoy a much different kind of humor.
Ah, but you just displayed the difference between you and me... I don't call your views or taste "distorted," but you just can't refrain from going there. I'm done with you now, so go enjoy whatever it is you find funny - laughter is good, and I think you could use a little more.

Ah come on now. You have put down many ,time and time again with your insults to conservatives. In many many posts. You are very good at dishing it out, but. . .

So you are not amenable to others opinions and don't want to play any more. No problem!

Correction: I have put down conservatism, not anyone personally... I am very careful to be respectful, and make a conscious effort not to attack anyone's character (as was done to me & other women here). I've even tried humor with you, but it's just not getting through - so that's why I'm done, not because I can "dish it but not take it." Look through the posts, and you'll see I wasn't the one getting personal or insulting.

Unlike Tracy's little joke, your comments DID insult me... so who's really the one that doesn't respect women? Questioning our moral character & self-worth, all because we enjoy a little risque humor? Real nice.

Or what about Sasha and Malia? Surely Palins two young daughters have had their share of disgusting comments from the haters on the left.

Notice how republicans are very respectful of Obama's daughters. You never hear a bad word uttered in the press. Palins one daughter is 16 and there were all kinds of horrible things said about her.
Chelsea Clinton as well as the Bush party girls caught a decent amount of flak from what I recall. Funny how these type of threads get more comments than the economic ones. Style over substance.

A six, eight, or a two year old is not going to hear what a 20, 35, or 80 year old will hear. What he said won't ruin children's lives.
I am not the one that tried to compare the 2.

I am saying that families watch sporting events with their children. Thinking that the child wont hear things like masturbating. A parent should NOT have to worry about explaining what that means while watching a basketball game.

Yeah a 6 year old wont hear the joke and then say Daddy what is masturbation. Because children dont ask many many questions even why the grass is green.

Lets make it clear about something also. I dont care that he said it. I care what time he said it. Had this happened during a late night show. I would careless

Look, you always have the option of telling your kids the same thing my parents told me when i was 6 year old and asking a question they didn't want to answer: "None of your business! Go play somewhere!"

Know what? That's EXACTLY what i did. Beat feet and forgot all about what i'd just heard. My parents weren't about to sit there stuttering and stammering while attempting to answer a question from a punk kid who should be playing somewhere anyway.

Sure you do but parents should also be able to watch a sporting event without having to worry about things like that.

Why should the kid have to go play when they are trying to watch a sport they like? Kinda goes against the entire reason the kid would be watching the show

Why not hold adults accountable for their actions during shows that children could be watching?

Fine, then don't send the kid away. Tell him that it's none of his/her business and keep it moving. Well disciplined kids (like i was) know that those words are code for be quiet and watch the game....and they'll do exactly that.

It aint like the 6 year old is going to cogitate all night over a word that you refused to answer. They'll forget it like they forget everything else. You're making too much out of this.
