And they are doing their "protest" on the clock when school should be in session. They need to follow their own rules, don't you agree ?

ForemostPanda: the teachers union is not allowed to strike. they have
But, they only seem to think they have to follow Saul Alinsky's, "RULES for Radicals," which is on the NEA recommended reading list. Nice book. Alinsky salutes the Devil as the first Radical in it.

Hope they follow the lead of another state and fire them all. Plenty lined up to take their place.

A little dash of Reagan in their spines should do it.

Will some parents lose their jobs because they could not find a babysitter at the last minute? Will losing days of work cause a hardship on families? What I see is more lost votes for the radical Dems. <-----That is a good thing!

As long as they continue to pay next to nothing for their pension and health care, who gives a damn about the average taxpayer? That's essentially the message they're sending.

If the teachers are taking paid time off, they deserve to be FIRED, for wasting the taxpayers money to protest during working hours.

Can anyone think of another President that actually got personally involved in organized huge groups of protesters and sent them into State Capitals to defend unions (or any other type of thing) before?

We may be watching this happen for the first time in American history.

I think this is a dangerous precedent.

It seems like it's always democrats trying to shutdown the government through strong-arm techniques.

Why do democrats hate the government so much and why do they hate the democratic process?

They should change their names from Democrats to something like 1960's Radicals, Maoist or Trotskyites.

Now that I think about it, the President sending AstroTurfers out to protest against the Democratic process is quite a bit like Mubarak sending his goons into Cairo to stifle the will of the people.
